Marie and I will be in Chicago during the holidays. Spring will be closed from Tuesday 23 December and will reopen January 6th 2009(!).

Well, you seem to be very fond of that quasi de veau poché (and so am I, I must say). Believe it or not, after eating at your restaurant, I tried to do it at home and nearly poisonned myself doing so. You'll have to make a note to explain when you have a minute...
