Our neighbor Emmanuel is going to make a big batch of real Horchata for everyone to try.
Come taste some authentic Horchata de Chufa - the traditional drink of Valencia made from tigernuts, water, and small amount of sugar. We'll be serving the freshly-made horchata from a typcial Valencian-style machine that keeps the drink cold and well mixed, and we'll also explain the time-consuming preparation. No need to reserve, just stop by.
