"Vintage" Wine Expo plus Tasting at La Galcante

In the courtyard behind the boutique, there's a great shop called La Galcante that specializes in 'presse ancienne'. We've been talking with them for a long time now about doing an event together . La Galcante will put up an exhibition of their favorite vintage wine-related magazines, posters, and other ephemera, and we've invited a few winemakers to come and pour some wines.

Spring Bouillon

Inspired by the history of Les Halles - a big bowl of chicken bouillon prepared at Spring ladled over vegetables, chicken, and a poached farm egg. Served with radishes, fresh herbs, and citrus to mix in. It's a great lunch for hungry workers.

A big bowl is 12 EUR, and we also have wines by the glass or bottle, plus homemade desserts.

Tuesday-Saturday from 12h00 to 14h30 (Saturdays until 17h) at Spring Boutique

Lunch is back - and you can book online

We're serving lunch at Spring on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Not only that, but you can skip the phones and book online Noah's Ark style (two people at a time).

15 Euros for 2 glasses of wine plus snacks  

Free for wine club members + 1 guest

Drink any bottle at the counter at prix caviste.

We'll have the first two selections from the Spring Wine Club open to taste, and serve up an aperitif Spring style. It's a party.

If you're not in the Club, we still like you, so don't be shy. Plus, if you like the wines, you can join on the spot. We'll have them all boxed up and ready to go.

If you are in the Wine Club already and want to feel extra special, we'll put together some events just for you later in the fall.  If you can't make it to the Kick-off party, we'll keep the wines at the boutique for you to pick up anytime.
