Opening and closing times of the Restaurant?
Spring is open for lunch from Wednesday to Friday, noon to 14h00, and for dinner from Tuesday through Saturday from 19h00 to 22h00. We are closed all day on Sunday and Monday, and closed for lunch on Tuesday and Saturday.
Do I have to confirm my reservation?
Yes, when you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation email. A few days before your reservation, we will send you a reminder to be sure your plans haven't changed. It is essential that you confirm your reservation via email or telephone at least 24 hours before you meal. If you do not have access to your email or telephone, please contact us a few days before your meal to let us know you're still coming.
I can't reach you on the telephone. How do I make a reservation?
Our reservation team is available from 10h00 to 18h00. If you can't reach us during this time, send an email to contact at springparis.fr with your requested dates, name, number of people, email, and telephone number in Paris. We will add you to the waitlist and contact you if a table becomes available.
I don't have a reservation, but would love to eat at Spring. Can I just stop by?
Occasionally we have last minute tables available. Feel free to stop by. The best time for a last minute table is either at 19h00 or between 21h30 and 22h00.
Do you have a dress code?
We do not have a dress code - come as you feel comfortable.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
With advance notice, we can accommodate most dietary requests (see below). Please let us know when you make the reservation, and be sure to think about everyone who's coming to dinner so we can give advance notice to the kitchen.
Do you offer a vegetarian option?
No.
Can you organize wine tastings in the cave before dinner?
Yes, we can organize tastings for groups up to 10 people in the 16th century wine cellar before dinner. Ask when making a reservation.
